1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acr44 ("acr44", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to your access to and use of the acr44 website, mobile site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and promotional programmes available at acr44.pro.
By creating an account on acr44, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using the platform in any capacity, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one acr44 account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3. Account Registration and Security
When registering an account on acr44, you are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information. acr44 will use this information for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your acr44 account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals made

Accounts found to contain false, inaccurate or misleading information may be suspended, and any winnings arising from activity on such accounts may be voided. Bangladesh players are required to pass standard KYC checks before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable KYC documents include national ID card, passport, and recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
acr44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on acr44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). acr44 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time — refer to the cashier section of your acr44 account for current limits
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your account balance in real time — no processing delay between payment confirmation and the funds appearing in your acr44 wallet
- acr44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits that trigger fraud-prevention thresholds. Deposits suspected of being fraudulent may be reversed pending investigation
Withdrawals
- All withdrawal requests require the account to have passed KYC verification before processing. Players who have not yet completed KYC must submit the required documents to [email protected] before their first withdrawal can be approved
- Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. acr44 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts

- acr44 reserves the right to impose enhanced verification requirements for large or unusual withdrawal requests before authorising payment
Player funds are held in accounts that are separated from acr44's operational funds. In the event that acr44 becomes insolvent, player funds will be protected and returned in accordance with applicable procedures. acr44 does not use player funds for operational purposes.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
acr44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all acr44 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit or, in some cases, must be manually opted into via the promotions page of your acr44 account

Participation in these campaigns is entirely voluntary and subject to the specific terms applicable to each campaign. 6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on acr44. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance held in the account forfeited. acr44 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant authorities.
- Opening or attempting to open more than one acr44 account, or using another person's account credentials with or without their consent
- Using bots, automated betting software, or any other software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the acr44 platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider knowledge exploitation
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your acr44 account, or attempting to launder funds through the acr44 platform
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions, conceal your true location , or misrepresent your identity or eligibility to use acr44
acr44 employs a range of fraud detection and account monitoring technologies. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced review before withdrawals are approved. acr44's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.
7. Responsible Gaming
acr44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity for adults aged 21 and above. acr44 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the account settings page at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the acr44 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of acr44 content without express written permission from acr44 is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
acr44 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the acr44 Privacy Policy. acr44 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (for example, passing data to payment processors for transaction verification, or to KYC verification partners). 10. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond acr44's control may result in temporary service interruptions. acr44's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net value of funds held in your acr44 account at the time of that incident.
11. Amendments to These Terms
acr44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, acr44 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, acr44 may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of acr44 following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through acr44's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
